Paul Rice, Phil Bonamo, Mary Catherine Crock and Serena Baldacchino of the Rice Law Firm attended the Florida Bar’s annual Marital & Family Law Review Course on January 24th and 25th of 2025 at the Loews Royal Pacific Universal Resort in Orlando Florida. This is the largest legal seminar in Florida each year with some 2000 attorneys and judges in attendance. In addition to educating the attendees on recent changes in family law legislation, the speakers also addressed significant case opinions handed down during the year as well as new trends in the case law. Paul Rice is board certified in marital and family law, and he limits his practice to divorcing spouses over age 55. Mr. Bonamo, Ms. Crock and Ms. Baldacchino handle a range of family law matters including divorce and paternity.
